WEATHER UPDATE: Hello Players! We hear there might be some bad weather coming our way Tuesday night - but we *will* hold auditions as scheduled. However, if you were planning to come Tuesday but aren't able to make it, we will open up Thursday callbacks for auditions as well, 6:00 in the historic Shelburne Town Hall. What: Auditions for The Shelburne Players’ production of Kodachrome by Adam Szymkowicz, directed by Alex Nalbach and produced by Kym Taylor.
When: Monday, January 8, and Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from 6:00 to 8:30 PM (pick just one night to attend). If you cannot attend either night, please email director Alex Nalbach at sellobuyhi@yahoo.com to set up a virtual audition. If needed, callbacks will take place on Thursday, January 11, from 6:00 to 8:30 PM.
Where: Shelburne Historic Town Hall (accessed via Pierson Library), 5376 Shelburne Road, Shelburne, VT
Rehearsals begin: February 26, 2024 (Rehearsals will be on a Mon., Tues., Thurs. (6-9), and Sun. (2-5) schedule, but some roles may not require attendance at every rehearsal.

Setting: Colchester, Connecticut; a small rural New England town. The present or recent past.

Duration: 90 minutes (one act)

Summary: Welcome to Colchester, a small town where everybody knows each other and the pace of life allows the pursuit of love to take up as much space as it needs. Our tour guide is Suzanne, the town photographer, who lets us peek into her neighbors’ lives to catch glimpses of romance in all its stages of development. A play about love, nostalgia, the seasons and how we learn to say goodbye.
